Harper Manufacturing produces its steel stamps from 0-1 tool steel. Each steel stamp is heat treated to 57-60 Rc to ensure long life and durability for automotive, bits and spurs, and other custom design applications. Our steel knife stamps are suitable for all types of non-heat-treated tool steels and knife sheaths. Our steel stamps are cut .045" deep for a clear impression of even the most intricate design.

Custom design and custom letter steel stamp shanks are approximately 3 1/2" long, and range from 5/16" to 1 1/2" in diameter. However, other steel stamp sizes and press inserts are available.
